1. Fees.

The Fees charged for using the corresponding features of the BeastlyAds Platform shall be as follows:

1.1. The “Transaction Fee” shall be equal to:

2. Other Charges.

The Fees charged to Users described herein may not represent all fees, charges, or Taxes charged to Users for engaging in various activities on the BeastlyAds Platform. Our Payments Partner may collect additional fees, charges or Taxes for use of the BeastlyAds Platform or the use of the services of the Payments Partner.

3. Changes to Fees.

BeastlyAds may change the Fees charged at any time and will provide Users notice of any Fee changes before they become effective. Fee changes will not affect bookings made prior to the effective date of the Fee change.

4. Discounts.

BeastlyAds may offer discounts or alternative figures for Fees to individual Uses or groups of Users, at its sole discretion. In the event BeastlyAds offers such a discount or alternative figure for Fees, BeastlyAds shall have no obligation to publish or disclose any such discounts or alternative figures for Fees.

5. Bespoke Fees.

Reduced or special fees and incentives may be available for certain qualifying Products, Spaces, Users, or organizations—if you’d like to inquire, please reach out to us at concierge@beastlyads.com to discuss. Such reduced or special fees may be available as determined by BeastlyAds in its sole discretion.
