BeastlyAds seeks to create a safe, healthy, positive community for both our Users and members of the public at large. Accordingly, BeastlyAds does not permit the BeastlyAds Platform to be used to create Listings or Advertising Contracts that involve the promotion of certain Products, the use of certain Spaces for promotional activities, or the performance of certain activities in the performance of an Advertising Contract.

Before making a Listing, please make sure it’s permitted on the BeastlyAds Platform. See the list of prohibited and restricted Products, Spaces, and activities below, but be aware the list below is not exhaustive—we may remove any Listing we don’t want on our site for any reason—or maybe multiple reasons. Just to give you an idea, we are very much into “humanity” and not at all into “hate.”

You also need to make sure that you have the legal right to offer that Space or Product in accordance with the terms of Sections 2.6 (Legal Right to Your Listing’s Space) and 4.1.4.5 of the Terms, and that your Listing complies with all applicable laws in accordance with Section 4.9.1 (Listings and Advertising Contracts) of the Terms.

Make sure your Listing complies with this Policy. If we believe a Listing or User has violated or is violating this Policy (or for any other reason we decide), we may remove the Listing and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including, but not limited to, prohibiting you from posting new Listings, hiding or demoting Listings in Search Results, imposing Listing or booking restrictions, or otherwise disciplining, suspending, or terminating your User Account. If we are really offended, we may call you out as a scourge on humanity.
